I T windows was set up by myself Mark Illingworth in 2008. Been in the trade from 1996 thought it was time to work for myself.
We offer excellent prices with an excellent workmanship. We are based in Sunderland but will work all over the north east, we cover everything to do with double glazing and small building work like extensions and roofing work facias soffits and guttering.
No deposits taken only pay when job is completed.

Replacement windows and door

Replacement door canopy
IT Windows were contracted to design and install a door canopy at the main entrance to a dementia Care Home in Seaham. The knowledge and advice given for appropriate design, size and suitability was outstanding and certainly in keeping with the customer brief. Their quotation was received quickly, sadly competitors took over 10 days to submit quotations. Supply and fitting was as agreed, the team attended were clean and efficient. The new canopy is a significant improvement to the fontal appearance, the team cannot be more highly recommended and their friendliness is a bench mark

Replacement of two windows
Just had two windows replaced. Cannot fault the service from this company. Mark has kept me informed of the fitting date and the two lads who did the job were lovely. No mess, very considerate and covered my carpets before starting. Would highly recommend to anyone.
New windows fitted

New back door fitted - competitively priced, fitters arrived promptly and carried out work to a high standard leaving the property spotless when they left. Would recommend and use again.
