  Jake the owner of the company quoted for the job through this site. He came and measured and seemed efficient. We agreed a start date but each day or time that was arranged he was nowhere to be seen. He never gave me any notice of lateness or no shows. The work he did was OK but it took a full week to do something that should have taken 2 days. I paid him cash but discovered upon leaving that he had made a mistake with one of the doors. He promised to rectify but has never been near since. The excuses have been, holidays, COVID (twice)......what more can I say?
