    My experience with James at Carey Building Solutions was very positive from start to finish. Once started the work involved was more complex than first thought. This was explained in detail on a visit to the roof. Although this involved extra cost, this was explained to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this team of craftsmen.

    James was professional from the off and very approachable. When he came to quote he clearly explained how they work, how they'd try to cure the problem as well as damp proofing etc. Also very good on the science of damp. Work was carried out to a high standard for a reasonable price. Lloyd, who did most of the work, was great. Friendly, professional, great with the cats and very, very tidy. All work was checked with us after each part was done to make sure that we were happy and again at the end. Would highly recommend James for future work. A thoroughly professional, but friendly, company.
