• Repair what is causing damp and replace gutter, downpipe facia

  As we live in Australia we relied on photos for the finished job. The main reason for the job was damp coming into our back bedroom. We had them replace gutters, downpipes and facia. A few weeks after payment my tenant contacts me to say water is pouring down the back of the house were there is a problem with damp. I couldn't believe my eyes, they hadn't replaced the funnel or downpipe. We had a circle drainpipe going into a rectangular hole on the gutter funnel... no wonder I have damp in my bedroom all that money $5000 and the main problem I had still isn't fixed. Jay won't reply to me.

• Replace some roof tiles and felt and repair gutter

  Roof tiles look fine but I am no expert and I assume the felt was done. Gutter is a disgrace as he only added a piece of gutter to replace the broken part despite my requesting and paying for a whole new gutter. The part replaced is behind conservatory so only viewable on ladder Have left countless messages without any response and the invoice he left with a guarantee is from a totally different company and the numbers on that are out if order or disconnected as per message I am likely to report him to trading standard once another tradesman has looked at the mess he has left me.

  Quick response to job. Good inspection of issue. Worked quickly, sent me a video of the issue on the top of roof. Written phone message aired me off the quality of the work and a guarantee. Once completed, no final video of the completed job was given and no guarantee had been sent to me dispite his assurance.

  Jason Cullen JC Dragon Roofing NOT RECOMMENDED! Completed biggest part of work kept disappearing left 1 man on job for whole bungalow broke smashed outside light left electrical wires exposed has not replaced it said he'd bought us a new one left rubbish front garden 2 x long 5 mtr dry verge covers how do we get rid! Left holes gaps in pebble dash where fitted downspout promised to repair, promised to polish all the newly fitted UPVC to a high gloss did not repair/re-cement roof ridge tiles for whole roof. Its my 90yr old mothers bungalow been paid in full £10.000 left without finishing work!!

This team was highly responsive in coordinating an initial estimate and with scheduling on all occasions. The team that installed our new roof was efficient and professional.
