I contacted Joe from jc property maintenance, needed a quote for a full guttering renewal. Very friendly and a nice person would highly recommend using jc property maintenance.

Joe and his JC team had given us the quote and said exactly what was needed and how they was going to do the job. They turned up on time and got on with it! No mess no hassle just good British workmanship. 4 ridge tiles and some flashing replaced, he even cleans a bit of mess out the gutter ….no extra charge. Couldn’t recommend enough, it’s nice to know there are still genuine company’s out there that will go above and beyond to make the customer happy.

Joe and his team made a great job repairing our broken fence panels and post he came and quoted us on the same day as we contacted and was able to start the work the following day we highly recommend and would defo have them back if needed

This young man and his team carried out a very satisfactory job doing the replacement of my fence . Job from start to finish was as described and to a very high standard but most of all everything was left clean and tidy extremely happy and would definitely recommend this company
