    Superb communication throughout. Competitive quote. What a great job Jak & his team have done. Very courteous guys and cleaned up after themselves. Even fitted a few new tiles found that were required - within original price. Pointed out some other area that urgently needed attention, but completed a temporary repair to allow me time to resolve. Highly recommend JL Roofing & Building.

    I put an ad up the week before last and Jak got in contact straight away. He gave me a very competitive price including scaffolding. The scaff went up Friday before last, the scaffolding company was brilliant, the lads were polite, tidy and fast. Then the work was carried out last week, Jak very honestly said the gutters and fascia didn't need doing just a small repair so knocked the cost of the final bill. I would 100% recommend this company.
