Company info

Joel Paul Developments is a fairly new company starting in 2017, However, I have over 35 years’ experience in all aspects of the building trade. We understand the process of, not just the Building work but the psychological side of building trust with your builder. Having work carried out can be quite stressful and our main goal it to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible. Any homeowners that can sleep at night having 110% trust in their builders have in my opinion chosen correctly.

We are extension building specialist with a huge portfolio of previous projects completed to a top spec.

We also do all our own groundwork’s and hard landscaping. 

RSJ installation and remodeling, including steel calculations.

We have our own drainage specialist and unblock team with our own Jetter.

Structural repairs.

We work with several Architects who recommend us to their clients and we also put our clients in touch with them should they need drawings.

We can deal with all aspects of the planning process and dealing with building control to take all the pressure away from our clients, letting them get on with life as normal
