Having spent some time with Mr Amies on a visit to our house to describe what we wanted undertaken for a kitchen refit, we have found it very difficult to get any subsequent response from Mr Amies. He has no email and it is not possible to leave any voicemail. How can you trust anyone who does not respond and follow up on potential work?
