• Channels on the FreeSat box no longer worked as had gone over entirely to HD.

  Came round initially to access the job and checked the aerial at the time. Found a fault with it and managed to get the Channels to work. When turning TV on again the Channels were lost. The company attended again and found that the Sat Box was at fault, so bought a new box (FreeView) and they came round and set it up. Unfortunately there were still problems with the set up, and on the final visit it was discovered that the signal into the box was very poor at different times of the day. An adjustment was made and we have had no problems since. Work was carried out very professionally and fast

• Loss of signal from satellite dish

  Lost signal from my satellite dish to tv. They tested the signal and said the LNB was ok so they unscrewed the cable connections and wiggled the wire's, eventually the signal came back. They said it was probably a short or something. Charged £60 for about 20 minutes work. Within a week the signal went again. I ended up tapping the dish with a pole which made the signal come back but it only lasts a few days before it goes again. Wouldn't use again

• Rectifying poor TV signal resulting in pixalating TV picture and/or error message on screen

  Following breakup of TV picture and aerial error screen messages, Jason installed a new TV aerial after carrying out tests on aerial and lead. I felt a very good job was done starting with the most obvious problem before moving on to locate the actual problem and rectifying it straight away. The pricing for the job was competitive in to those suggested on the internet. Courteous and friendly service, Jason is happy to return if a subsequent problem arises. On the basis of speak as you find, I have no hesitation in recommending JS Aerials as I find the company very proficient.
