  Kevin came to assess when promised. Discussed options and quoted for old board removal & replacement, plus complete new felt roof. Roof was water damaged and urgently needed sorting. Kevin fitted me in, and we kept a weather check. All calls & texts were responded to promptly, and the day before, I was reassured that they’d still be here in the morning as planned. Job done to spec and all rubbish taken away. Additional jobs also done as discussed, nothing was a bother. Lads were all polite & efficient. They came back to do an edge which had been forgotten. Would def use again. Thank you!

  Kevin repaired my roof, which completely failed and is in a worse state than prior to the work being done. Both valleys were repointed and have since cracked, leaving lumps of cement to slide down the valleys and offering no protection from the rain. Kevin has been contacted multiple times (and sent photos of the problems), initially stating that he would come to fix the poor work. He no longer responds to messages and ignores all communication, so it is impossible to remedy the issue. Shonky work and untrustworthy tradesman.

• Repair to leaking roof at point of drain exit through roof

  Did not always come when expected, but they did inform me. Considerate in repairing other roof where scaffolding had damaged slates. Disappointed that damage to my workbench occurred by scaffolding poles dragged across it when bringing them in through garage window. (next time I'll put board in place to prevent this). Repair to roof as yet untested at time of writing this as little rain since job finished.
