  Kay came out to our daughter’s following her call out, reviewed the job, sourced all the replacement parts at trade cost, came back ahead of schedule and completed the job with complete courtesy. He also advised on our concerns with slight leak. I’m sure we will call on Kay to help again, now thanks to Kay the bathroom looks

  I have just been to my elderly mothers where this person was called out to repair a leak. He turned the water and electric off. Then proceeded to hammer through the ceiling without identifying where the leak was coming from even though the bathroom was directly above the leak. (he said it was coming from the roof?) Neither did he identify the issue or fix. Then proceeded to leave charging my elderly mother to pay up immediately on a card machine then advising he would invoice my elderly mother £400 call out fee. I had to get a second ‘qualified’ plumber to come out and fix.

  I needed a tradesman to replace an elderly clients broken handbasin. Kay stepped up to the plate and taking into account the gentleman's age and limited income, made good on his promise of doing the task at a discounted price. What a star he was, our knight in shining armour!! He completed the job professionally in no time at all. Kay's Plumbers is highly recommended to honestly quote to carry out the task in hand and acting on that promise

  Kaywan messaged me back within 3 minutes of listing the job on checkatrade. He attended the next day at the time that suited me, fantastic! He quoted me a price per hour which was fine, but he didn't tell me about the £35 call out fee, but I paid it anyway because he had saved me a lot of grief. He does want payment on the spot though after the job is done, even before producing an invoice... I was a bit worried about this, but he sent me through an invoice that very day, so all's good! Kaywan is tidy and reliable and I will definitely use him again.
