  The worst experience we’ve ever had. We constantly had to chase him as he never responded to messages, emails, or calls but I still trusted him and wanted to give him the opportunity to do it better. A whole month passed from the time he inspected the leak until I managed to speak with him to request a start date, as he never reached out at all. He never explained the work that needed to be done even in the quote—I had to ask him more info by email as we are not the professionals and more information was needed as the repair was more than 2K, not a joke!   Replacing a terrace/ balcony roof

  We instructed Kent flat roofs to come out to quote for a new roof for our terrace balcony! Tim came out and recommended a pmma roof with a tile effect finish from Westwood liquids! Throughout the whole process Tim and his team (James and Phil) have been amazing. They have done a really good job and went above and beyond to help to redevelop our terrace. We would recommend Tim and his team to anyone needing a flat roof repair or a new roof. The quality of his work is incredible and we can’t believe how good our new balcony looks and we can’t wait for next summer to be able to sit out on it.

  New fibreglass flat warm roof.

  My old felt cold flat roof was leaking and at the end of it's life. I wanted to replace it completely with a new fibreglass warm roof. This process was explained carefully and a detailed quote provided. Work started quickly once the weather permitted and adapting the fitting details to fit site issues was not a problem. Job completed to a high standard.
