  Lock on the French windows was sticking and difficult to lock. Keyglaze came within the timescale quoted and the job was carried out quickly and to a high standard. The lock is now working perfectly. The price was as quoted.

• UPVC lock and mechanism jammed, UPVC window mechanism jammed.

  With living near the sea the salt polars havoc with door locks and window mechanisms. The door lock and mechanism just suddenly jammed and could not be opened. The window mechanism had seized locking it shut. When contacted Keyglaze we’re out within hrs figured the problem out freed the door hen nipped away to get the parts needed and were back shortly afterwards. Door and window both fixed with new parts very quickly. Couldn’t ask for a better service thank you. 5* would defiantly use again

  Key glaze gave us an initial quote based on sizes I gave them. This was very reasonable so we went ahead and fitters measured up more precisely. We had each unit fitted about a week later. They even resealed a window which had been damaged in the storm at no cost. Great job and very efficiently done. Thank you for your work!
