• Replacing old boiler with a combi boiler

  It's quite a big job replacing an old boiler with a combi boiler as it affected the loft, the airing cupboard and the kitchen, + power flushing every radiator in the house, and siting the new flue in a better position on the outside wall. However the highly skilled team worked non-stop for 3 days, consulting with with me whenever needed. They were also very friendly as cleaned up work areas at the end of each day. I am very pleased with the new boiler, and can thoroughly recommend them for any plumbing and gas work. Thanks for the great job guys!

• Re-run gas pipe.

  Call Stuart on Monday as my parents had an internal gas leak over the weekend. He and his team came out within the hour to see how they could help. They started the work the next day. They had to dig out the concrete floor from the lounge to the back of the kitchen. They were very tidy and kept the mess to a minimum. Stuart kept me informed all the way through the work. They left the property as they found it, clean and tidy. I also asked them to plumb in a new gas oven, which they were more than happy to do. I would definitely recommend these guys and will use again, if needed.

  Stuart was really nice, teaching us how to reset our boiler over video call without the need for a call out. Our second time using him, and will definitely use him again for our next property! Highly, highly recommend!

• General refurbishment of rental property

  KLM carried out a complete refurbishment of a 3 bedroom investment property which involved roof repairs , damp issues complete redecoration , plastering ,clearing the property and arranging re carpeting. All work was carried out in the agreed time scale and to a high standard. I can highly recommend Stuart for this type of work .
