  I rang billy for a quote ,a day and time was arranged they came on time gave us the quote for all the work which we accepted ,so to sum it up billy and his colleague dan was very hard working ,polite ,clean and tidy when doing the work and finished on time as arranged we highly recommend

• Replacement guttering and part replace roofing membrane.

  Originally just a replacment of guttering but on inspection it was found the roofing membrane was not allowing water to drain into gutter. After discussion the job was to also replace part of the membrane before fitting new guttering. Guys returned early next morning and the job was completed by 11am. Very clean and efficient job. I would highly recommend. *****

  Lee Contractors is the roofer of choice for our trusted gas safe heating engineer. Following a recent boiler replacement, Lee Contactors did their utmost to make watertight the new boiler flue. However, the 50 year old roofing felt made this impossible and we agreed to have the old felt replaced with a modern, breathable membrane and for dry ridge to be fitted. Knowing that rain was imminent, the guys turned up early and had the job completed and the roof weatherproof before the rain arrived. The following 12 hours of persistent rain, no leaks was testament to the quality of their work.

  Mr Lee was helpful, pleasant and efficient. He gave a quote within 24 hours, and turned up to do the work on the day and at the time agreed. He and his staff did a good job and tidied up and cleaned down after all the mess from the moss. I would recommend his Company to friends, and ask for his help again.

The team were on time if not early great communication and always kept us updated work was completed quickly and they were very clean and tidy. Very pleased with the work carried out .
