  • Making good of poor workmanship

    Last year, all soffits and fascias were replaced on my house. Ever since, the guttering is leaking, but the contacted company director of LG Soffits and Fascias, Lee Staples, has still not rectified the problems which occur on 3 sides of the house. For many months, appointments were made but then ignored. 2 of the 4 leaks were eventually addressed, but it took 2 attempts on both occasions. I am extremely disappointed by the poor workmanship and the fact that the issue is still not resolved, the difficulty to make appointments to rectify the leaks, and the high number of missed appointments.

    Lee , Flynn, Steve, Jo, Tyler , jack and Charley . This team were fantastic, very adaptive when dealing with my two dogs and the fact that I was off a night shift, really comfortable having there guys in my house , super polite and friendly and extremely quick and professional. It is because of people like these that companies are recommended to other people they really are a credit to the firm and I have already passed their names on to a friend. .Thanks guys wonderful job !

    Lee and his team have replaced all of the Soffits, fascia's and guttering on my house and they have done a great job. They are all polite, Prompt , tidy in their work and professional. They arrived early and pretty much completed the job in a day. Would highly recommend.
