Malcolm always turned up when he said he would, provided advice and was really tidy. The re-fit was value for money and I was really impressed and pleased with the new bathroom. He put me at ease and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend his services to friends and family and would use him again.

I contacted LHR bathrooms after having been let down by a previous contractor. The bathroom refurbishment was for a tenanted property and I as landlord live some distance away. Malcolm was really helpful with planning the new bathroom and acquiring tiles and flooring to budget and kept in good contact with both me and the tenants. The tenants are delighted with the finished project. I would be happy to use his services again.

Malcolm was really punctual with his timings and did an unreal job on our new shower fitting. He answered all our questions (even the really dumb ones) without making us feel like idiots, which meant we were comfortable asking more questions throughout the process. He also advised us on what we could do to get the best out of the space and we are really happy with the results of his suggestions. We would definitely go with these guys again!

The bathroom looks amazing!! Malcolm was professional, punctual and flexible. It was comforting how he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it keeping us updated regularly. Very clean and would bend over backwards for any requests. Highly recommend.
