Had issues throughout the work, but most frustrating was William twice reported the work finished only for me to inspect what I could from ground level and clearly see it was incomplete. William twice came back to finish the work. At the third time of reporting the work complete William showed photos on his phone to corroborate this and I gave him payment (less damages caused). The trust had been lost and I have since contracted a third party roof surveyor who identified 7 elements of scheme of work incomplete or of substandard quality (e.g. pointing to chimney still not done).

William quoted for a roof repair for us and through use of a drone, in order to get a better idea of the work, as he was able to identify things with our chimney which also needed doing (to further improve the longevity/water tightness of the chimney/roof), which I hadn't considered before, as unlike windows, you don't look at your roof/chimney regularly. We ended up having our roof repaired, chimney reflaunched, repointed, sealed with masonry cream/paint and cowls installed on our chimney. Competitve pricing and final price was that of the original quote. Would use Limitless again.

A wrong assessment of the work and what caused the leak, which led to a poor performance and incomplete work. I cannot recommend this person. Only 1/3 of the work has been done (and not the main part, which was to fix the leak), and yet I had to pay almost for whole quote as if the work was done. Also I had to prove by taking pictures that the job wasn´t done. The 3rd part of the work that was actually done consisted in replacing the upper gutter and the lower gutter (like 4ms in total), which was a secondary aspect, to improve the current one I do not recommend it
