Our combined Management has over 50 years’ experience in the Asbestos and Thermal insulation industry, although we specialise in other areas too. All our staff are trained to the highest possible levels to ensure that our work is carried out to optimum safety standards. LJA Facilities are not aiming for large profit margins as some of the larger companies in the industry, but that doesn’t mean that our standard of work drops.

Gary arrived bang on time even though he had to travel a long distance. He was very easy and polite to deal with and got straight on with the job. L J Anderson Ltd put their customers first and would never propose any unnecessary work - I know this from past dealings. I highly recommend them
Removing asbestos in loft area
I found Louis and the LJA Facilities team to be professional, efficient, skilled, courteous and friendly. They arrived on time and set to work straight away clearing everything up afterwards. I would highly recommend LJA Facilities to anyone who values reliability and a hard working team who know what they're doing. Reassuring and Helpful
I would recommend LJA Facilities without reservation - Louis was kind and reassuring; answering phone and email queries amazingly quickly (even on a Sunday). I've had positive dealings with him a couple of times in the past and know that he's had lots of experience in the business... a real gentleman and the reception lady is lovely too!
Great advice
Louis gave me a lot of his time over the phone after being seriously let down by another company. I was very upset and have lost confidence in trusting anyone else. He gave me lots of advice on how to handle the situation and even called me back the next day to see how it all went. Need some more work doing so hoping Louis can help me with the rest! Thanks Louis
