2 times they said they had tried to call -but they hadn’t just an automatic text
Not really customer focused in my view - call first and then text don’t lie. When I said you haven’t called me … it was ignored They are so quick to text - when I spoke to them after eventually calling them I felt it was just reading off a script -
Stopped toilet cistern drip, replaced pop-up mechanism in wash basin.
Great. Nice plumber. Very competent. I know they were only small jobs, but it was a pleasant and stress-free appointment.
Did not turn up.
No call out charge but charge by the half hour with min. 1 hour. Very expensive. Luckily they did not turn up and I found a much cheaper plumber who did turn up and fixed the problem in 15 mins. Narrow escape.
Replace taps with tap/shower mixer
Came same day, prices seemed competitive with others and plumber was very knowledgeable and helpful.
