  Front Door Lock

  This is the most pleasant, polite and professional Locksmith I have ever known. He arrived within 10 minutes of my call and fixed my door in no time and at a very affordable price. The thorough approach he went about his work showed that he really knows his stuff. If all Locksmiths and indeed all Tradesmen were like him, the world would be a better place (sorry if I sound too dramatic, I'm just very glad to get into my house after a lond day). I recommend him with no reservations!

  Door Locking System

  Called at short notice but responded immediately to my call. Arrived within 2 hours and assessed the door locking system. New parts fitted and door now in perfect working order. Joe was very pleasant and polite throughout and took great care when working in my home so as not to damage any of the interior. Price was extremely reasonable and I would recommend Joe to anyone.

  Emergency locksmith to repair locks after attempted break in

  Excellent! I needed a locksmith after an attempted break in and Joe attended the same day. He was extremely professional, providing a quality job at a reasonable price. Not only did he repair the door as agreed but he went above expectations by providing support and advice on further security around the home. Highly recommend.

  Front door wouldn't lock, new mechanism required.

  Arrived early to the job, went through what the fault was and how to rectify it. Agreed a price before carrying out the work. Carried out the work to a high standard and cleaned up before departing. Courteous and professional at all times. Would use this firm again, recommended.

  Jammed patio doors

  He turned up pretty quickly. Extremely professionally he assessed the patio doors we thought to be broken, but he managed to work out the problem without taking the lock apart. He also checked a window with a similar issue and again resolved the issue without having to dismantle the handle. We couldn’t be more grateful. Ottimo!
