Company info
Loft Boarding Scotland Ltd was set up in June 2017 to address the chronic shortage of storage in new homes. We fit flooring, ladders and lighting to your loft.
Many home builders advise against flooring your loft, based on the traditional method of placing boards directly on joists or building up the joists then boarding. This reduces airflow, causing damp, or squashes insulation making it far less efficient.
LoftZone is the only raised storage flooring product currently available which is approved by the BBA and so does not affect your new home warranty. Installations usually take only 1 day, or 2 days for the largest installations.
Our courteous tradesmen are qualified, time-served and fully-insured professionals, who will leave your installation clean, tidy and guaranteed for 5 years.

Loft boarding, ladder and hinged hatch fitted.
Excellent service with prompt turnaround from quote to installation. Excellent communication throughout the whole process including a call to check we were happy with the installation before the payment invoice was submitted. We have used this firm 3 times in the past year for our sons' houses as well as our own and cannot fault their reliability, workmanship, staff manner or the actual installation process. Each quote was accurate and actually slightly cheaper each time when materials used were calculated for final cost. We highly recommend their service to anyone.
