  Brilliant service I contacted them the day before they came and they responded quickly.

  I contacted them the day before and they quickly responded I explained that I wasn't sure if there was rats or birds in the attick and allthough they don't do services for birds they still offered to send someone to check for Me free of charge. He checked it was birds he also told me what the problem with them getting in was. Really nice guy and great service would highly recommend

  Mice and Rats

  I've had to call Warren out twice over the summer. Firstly for mice in the shed and secondly for rats in the loft. Both times, he's been absolutely excellent. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Very reassuring too, which is important, when you have a bunch of rodents running around above your ceiling! Can't recommend him enough. He will sort out your pest problem and provide you with much needed piece of mind, quickly.

  Wasp nest disposal

  We had a wasp nest above our window. Warren was very communicative and we managed to book in two days after requesting a quote. The job was done very quickly and we were given advice on what to do following the job.

  Spraying of Wasps Nest in Cavity Wall

  I was able to get a quick appointment and Warren (The Technician) was very knowledgeable, provided backgound on what to expect wrt the behaviour of the wasps after spraying! I was also given assurance that should there continue to be any problems after 10 days they will revisit and respray the area at no extra cost! The price was very fair and I was able to pay via credit card! I received a written report of the treatment and chemical used. Warren is very friendly and good at what he does!   Rat traps

  They were very discreet, no signage on van, prompt, courteous and quick. They have laid bait in all areas needed and an outside secure trap. They will revisit soon to see how things are going. Great job, thank you Warren.
