M1 responded very quickly to my address and arranged for a member of their team to come out the following weekend to discuss all the details personally. They then sent a detailed quote and we arranged a start date. They completed the job within 3 days and were very efficient. They always checked with us in case of queries and doubts and the final result is stunning.
