Leak from bathroom sink waste pipe into kitchen below
Iman arrived to look at the job and he set about fixing it straight away. He worked continuously and went out for replacement parts, the job required removal of part of the kitchen panels which have been replaced back good as new and he tidied up afterwards. The price was good and I would use this firm of plumbers again.

Magnetic plumbing has been simply outstanding right from the initial investigation, gave their professional opinion in ordering and helping with selection of good quality products. Equally, the Shower Installation experience was fantastic, with some of the foundation wood work has been precut, saving time during the setup. Foundation was laid very sturdy and strong all around with a careful workmanship in not breaking existing tiles!. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and would highly recommend to anyone!!! I would definitely contact magnetic plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!

Came out to quote, agreed priced. He told me to order tile So I did. When the tile arrived he went dark. Wouldn’t answer texts or calls for days or weeks. Finally answered and the increased the price by 500, which I’m not even bothered about. Agreed to new price and said he would get back to me by 5pm now has been three weeks and will not answer calls or texts. So now I have £1,000 worth of tile I can’t move as I am a disabled combat veteran. And now trying to find a new builder. If he didn’t want to do the job, I would’ve just appreciated if he said so. Not sting me along for weeks.

I hope you are well , I gave you a price and you said that the items would arrive in two weeks, but it took more than 3 months for the items to arrive, and I didn't have time for your work anymore, and I told you that someone else is going to work.
