    Mike was a breath of fresh air. I'd had a bad experience with an engineer that had been out a few days before, that basically had no clue what he was doing. Mike was thorough, professional and did not rush to do the job and get away like the other person that also failed to stabilise the machine and left screws out so the machine wasn't fitted back into the cupboard correctly. Mike cleared the blockage and thoroughly checked the machine out and it turned out it didn't even need a part so he only charged me the call out / visit and labour fee. I would absolutely recommend him

    We didn't have a clue when forking out for our fancy appliance 4 years ago that they're meant to be serviced every 2-3 years. Now that we know, we will always use Mike! Service was fantastic from start to finish, from initial contact with Amanda (who explained everything about their pricing structure and common fridge/ freezer faults), through to on-site work (where Mike also explained everything he was doing and why, during multiple visits) to post-sales support where they wanted to be sure all was working as it should be. Highly recommend.

People are often of the misconception that repairing an appliance is very costly and outweighs the cost of replacing it. In most cases, 85% of faults can be repaired and resolved on a first call out with no parts required, for a fraction on the cost to replace. If parts are required in most cases, they are a relatively low cost.

Appliances also require maintenance at varying points in time to keep them fully functioning, and to hopefully prevent any future issues.

M&M Domestic Appliance Repairs provide a trusted, rated local domestic appliance 24-hour call-out service. Out of hours calls can be arranged on evenings and weekends, thereby preventing any time off work being necessary.
