    Donald quoted for the following works: Yard renovation to specific model and repairs of outstanding works from previous refurb jobs inside house. Issues faced:1.Extremely unreliable with attending works 2.Breach contract multiple times 3.I have had to write in multiple times asking for ETAs for work on every occasion, with help from Citizens Advice Bureau 4.Poor communication 5. Demanded more money mid-way 6.Not tidy at all unless one checks personally 7.Taken more than full payment before completing works and now states my job is not a priority 8. Caused physical damage 9. Rude

  • Large job - entire ground floor renovation.

    Donald and his team renovated our entire ground floor including knocking out a solid wall to create a large Kitchen/Diner. Fitted a new kitchen, utility room, extended all our doorways to fit new doors that were upto regulation height and a new half spiral open staircase. Donald's prices were extremely reasonable and any extras we added was costed up beforehand so there were no surprises. His team are hard working In particular Kieron and Brendan who worked non-stop most days to get as much sorted as possible. Despite a few delays we got exactly what we asked for and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

    Donald is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met. He's so helpful and so happy to help it almost makes me feel like a bad person for not being kore like him. The standard of his work is exceptional and nothing appeared to be too much trouble for him. I would hire this man for every single project I have given the choice. It was a pleasure having him work for us.
