  Follow up to an annual central heating check

  Mark came to do an annual boiler check just before Christmas. Unfortunately we found a small leak to a pipe feeding the hot water tank. A replacement part could not be obtained before Christmas. Mark showed me how to turn the water supply off so that I could continue with my holiday arrangements. He had the part waiting for me when I returned and fitted it within a couple of day's notice! I consider Mark to be one of the best gas engineers who has worked for me. His prices are good and he always explains the cost of the options clearly so I can make an informed choice.

  Mark did a great job. He is quick to respond, even when busy, and in this instance came on a Sunday. He is happy to explain things, but doesn’t blind you with science. I 100% trust him to tell me what needs replacing, and what can be repaired. I’ve know Mark for 12 or more years, in which time he’s installed 2 new boilers for me, plus several for friends & family. He is very good with electrical work, too.

  Rectified radiator leak and did boiler service

  He appeared trustworthy, reliable, he diagnosed the problem very quickly. He connected with me which was very sincere & honest. I have asked him to service my boiler next year. I recommend Mark to you all, please ask him to resolve any heating problems you may have.
