Single storey extension ~ 50m2 Including kitchen/shower/WC/dining/living room
Jason and his team did an excellent job for us. We were really impressed from start to finish. The lasting memory was - respect for our home - Every night the work area was tidied, hoovered and where necessary screened/ protected. For us, they went the extra distance to make living through a building project manageable. Other positive points to note: - MMT followed the design and checked key points with us before proceeding - managed the trades and made them work to MMT high standards - any additional costs were checked - Left as much of our existing kitchen as long possible to use

Rake-out and repoint external brickwork of whole house
Rake/grind out extremely messy with brick dust spreading to neighbours. Jason and team cleared/tidied/swept throughly at the end of each working day (including neighbours’ properties). Re-pointing was finished to a high standard. Extremely happy with level of workmanship
Renew fascias and gutter
They replaced fascias and guttering. Excellent company.
New facsias, soffits and guttering. Outstanding, professional, polite, respectful top quality workmanship, very tidy, very clean.

Took down an aerial that had become detached from the bracket attached to the chimney stack.
I spoke with Jason on Sunday evening stating that my T.V aerial had become detached from the bracket attached to my chimney stack. After asking him if he was able to bring it down from my roof, Jason quoted me £20 and said he would be around the next morning. Just after 7.30am, Jason and his colleague arrived. Jason brought down the aerial and carefully folded it up ready for disposal. They were both friendly and informative. I would highly recommend this company and intend to ask them to quote for some future building work I need completing.
