  The week before Xmas my tenants tells me his boiler isn't working (OMG preparing to get totally ripped off)) Used this site for the first time contacted the top 2 best reviewed they couldn't come out contacted Ben who was third in ranking he took my call within three rings really jolly and polite promised he'd get someone out by the end of the day in fact got back to me within 2 hours to confirm boiler repaired really good price no hidden extra - happy tenant happy me Brian deserves first spot :) Merry Xmas :) x

  Ben at Marsdens responded to my quote request super fast and he and his partner were able to be on site just over an hour or so later. He let me know when they were on their way. I wasn't at the property at the time of his visit but our guests reported that they were very nice. Ben gave me a call when the issue was resolved, luckily it was something fairly simple so they were in and out within an hour. Excellent!
