  Pros - Polite and very friendly when you can talk to them - Tried to be flexible when possible - Very good quality work! - Andy, albeit poor at being on time and messy, was nice and and did an excellent job Cons - Ended up paying 4 TIMES what I was originally quoted, complications arose, fine, except that I can't get an invoice for it now, - Tradesman came over 3h late all three times - Poor communications. - Left a mess in our living room after doing the works - When I called to express my furstrations, I was talked over loudly and then hung up on! Extremely unprofessional. Still no invoice

• Oh dear, disappointing.

  At first seemed very professional and like a good find. Locally based and friendly owners. We had agreed to fully reseal the bathroom with silicon sealant, replacing the original. This was also the case with the windows and balcony door in the living space. Finally we had agreed to re-grout the bathroom floor tiles and install a John Lewis coat hook. Sadly, the situation is now much worse. My previously waterproof shower and bath have been resealed with decorators chalk. I have holes in my wall and a broken coat hook. Despite several attempts to reschedule another visit a no show.

  Rob and all of his team were brilliant, clear about pricing and timescales, always showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and completed work to an excellent standard. I was so impressed by their open homest approach, reliability and time keeping I've already started the process of booking in more work with them.
