    I would absolutely recommend Mayfair Construction, the team were professional, friendly and accomplished the job in a good timely manner. They did a superb job! Neil the founder was very helpful and put me at ease with any queries I had.

    Firstly helped with useful suggestions on how it should be designed to make the best use ofthe space and give views out over the garden. Arranged for building regs and planning consent to be obtained. Quoted a price which did not change despite increasing cost of materials and did not seek extra when additional work had to be done on some drains. All the workers were courteous and tidy we were kept well informed of when the next trades person would be on site. Once finished we were pleased with the outcome with no snagging recalls and signed off by the building regs without further comment.

    Neil responded very quickly when our landing ceiling partially collapsed, after assessing the damage he ensured it was safe and scheduled the necessary work to be carried out within a week and the painting the following week, allowing the new plaster to dry out. The whole team were tidy, efficient and friendly and we found the cost very reasonable considering the amount of work and timescale.
