We used Mercia Movers for transporting some of our household contents to South Africa.
Communication prior to moving day was excellent. Queries via email were promptly and clearly responded to. The team that arrived to pack was efficient and friendly, although we had a slight issue with some items being left behind due to space constraints. Better communication by the team on the day would have enabled us to prioritize the packed items. The consignment was successfully handled and arrived at its destination with minimal hassle.
UK to Switzerland
Excellent job all round from all the Mercia team for my recent move to Switzerland. Flawless from start to finish, thanks all, will definitely be recommending to others and would use again if I ever need to move again.
An international move to the Netherlands

Transported boxes from UK to Spain
Excellent service from Mercia. Rebecca was fantastic from start to finish, she communicated every step of the way. The lads came to collect our belongings were courtious and very careful to delivering our boxes to Spain right to our door. We are so grateful for them to take the stress away for us during our move to Spain. We can certainly recommend this fantastic professional company highly and if we move again we will continue to use them again.

Large furniture removal
Fast, friendly and reliable service. Was respectful to the furniture making sure it was moved safely with no risk of damage. Moving the large heavy furniture was quite a challenge, but no huffs or puffs, just a very professional and knowledgeable approach and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Moving house
Like a Craig David song...We contacted them on Monday, had a quote on Tuesday, received boxes on Wednesday and were moved by Friday. Excellent communication with Jamie throughout, Chris assessed our requirements for our move and was professional and thorough, The removals team arrived promptly and altogether from first box into the van at our old home and last box off in our new home we were moved in 5 hours. A bed leg was misplaced during the move and after some searching of band and warehouse it was located and delivered to us. I would highly recommend Mercia Movers.
International move UK-Spain
We are very happy with the service provided my Mercia. The guys we spoke to (Martin and Debbie) were very responsive and communication was clear and friendly. They dealt with all customs paperwork and, to our surprise, a process that we thought was going to be a nightmare actually went really smoothly. Everything arrived on the date and time scheduled, no missing boxes and no damaged items. The guys that delivered the load were a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend Mercia to friends and family!
