We had been struggling with poor internet in our office since moving to Kent, having dealt with Micro Pro while in Surrey I called them and they were able to come up with a solution based around 4G. They attended and installed a new router and a big outdoor antennae which has seen our typical speeds go from 2mbps on the landline to almost 40mbps with 4G, brilliant, very reasonable and highly recommended.

The MicroPro team are always quick to respond to my queries and resolve any issues as quickly as they possibly can. I have worked with Micropro for many years and they are professional, helpful and ensure they provide the best service they possibly can. I can't highly recommend them enough.

As always professional and quick service. The work was completed as expected and tested to ensure everything was working before they left.

As always the job was finished to the high standard I have experienced in the past, and in less than a day. They also installed better anti virus that I was using.

As usual James is totally professional and competent He knows his job throughout and I know he is advising me in my best interests. This also covers the vagaries of my advanced years (88). By the way I never give anybody a 10 Rating, as a matter of principal.
