Installation was of a high standard, we had several quotes but this was most favorable, really friendly hardworking honest guys that couldn't of done a more professional job.

Unable to get a response from this company. Mark, the manager, came out to review the problem, promised to get back to me then failed to follow up in any way. Whats App message not answered and the company answerphone just rings then cuts out. Does this company exist?

I booked Mark in for first thing Monday morning, but he didn't turn up and didn't contact me with a reason why, until 3.45 p.M. That day. He explained about a technical problem getting rid of the waste and offered to come the next day, which he did, at 8.30 a.M. As requested and he did a good job for a fair price. It annoyed my wife, who waited in for him the morning before, but I would use him again.

Blocked drain. Washing machine outflow pouring into the garden. I opened it up and removed half a bucket of sludge, but blockage further down the underground drain. Mark came within an hour of contact. Friendly and efficient. He understood the problem and likely cause, and explained it to me and settled the problem very quickly. No rods used and no nasty chemicals, just a very high pressure water jet. Highly recommended
