  Martin and the lads at MJ builders carried out the work on our single storey rear extension. All the lads are extremely pleasant, sociable when on the job, polite and in particular very clean when tidying up after themselves after each days work. The job itself provided lots of unexpected problems with different foundations needed but Martin and the lads sorted everything and had a solution for every problem. We built up a good relationship with all the workers and we are really happy with the work they’ve completed. The snagging list at the end was discussed together and they sorted it all.

  Mark and his team have been amazing. Our garage was too small, full of junk and is much better used as a functional room to not only add quality of life but add value to our home for future. Each stage of work was done when it was said to be, plenty of communication and notice was given with any uncontrollable external factors effecting work being carried out. Whenever we have work needed in future, we know who to trust. Cheers lads

  Very positive experience with MJ Developments who helped us to create a beautiful open plan living space for our family to enjoy. Very friendly and hard working getting straight on with the job. Impressed with how tidy they were considering there was a lot of messy work involved. The neighbours also commented on there tidiness which was good to hear. Would definetly recommend Thankyou again

  From the beginning Mj and his team were awesome They were a lovely bunch that were all present every day, on time, and who I was happy to have working in my home!   Excellent job! MJ team were great and they definitely know their onions. Their awareness of potential health and safety hazards was spot on. They planned and carried out the construction works in a safe way with minimal disruption. They were readily available to provide answers to our queries. The advices they gave during the construction works made the extension work a good success. I will definitely recommend MJ Developments for home improvement and extension works because they have done an excellent job.
