Rising Damp
Outstanding and efficient! We had one of the team come to us two weeks ago to do a full survey, within 3 days we had a full report back. After their visit we had two other companies come round to quote but we decided to go with MK. They were not the cheapest but were the most professional and personable. We have completed our work today and we are more than happy. We would highly recommend.
The most unprofessional company I have dealt with
Called for an issue with draughts in 3 rooms and a mould issue in the loft. A survey was arranged for £120. The person arrived, a nice guy but not very confident. Quoted me for a totally separate issue and the original reasons weren't mentioned. Messaged the manager - no response. A roofer called, and came to the house for mould issue- no follow-up response. Looks like they are just interested in you paying for an irrelevant survey with no further contact - Avoid
Damp proofing whole property outside and decontamination of walls inside.
Came out and quoted us, explained exactly what they would be doing and how long it would take. We went away for 4 days to give them clear run of the property also did not want to be at home whilst the chemicals were being used. Stayed in contact with us throughout, keeping us updated as to progress. Kori went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed satisfactory and left in a good clean manner for us to return too. Very competitive price wise, happy to assist with any other issues, such as removing damaged wardrobes due to damp and removing them. Would definitely recommend. ??

I had damp in the box room and mould coming through the wall
The work carried out was fast and effective. The mould has not returned and the team were very understanding of my preference so they put down protective coverings over my carpets to ensure the house stayed clean. Thank you so much!
