Modern Maintenance Masters did a fantastic job on our home. They replaced two lintels, installed a new fireplace with a tiled surround, repointed and re-rendered the front with Monocouche, replaced lead strips under the bay window and plastered and painted our porch. The team were friendly, responsive, flexible and cost-effective. They went above and beyond to keep everything tidy for us and our neighbours. Modern Maintenance Masters came to our rescue and saved the day! Very quick response to emergency shout out on Check-a-Trade, even visiting on Sunday. Roof is very awkward to get to, but they managed with ingenuity and without complaint. The whole problem was diagnosed and sorted out in just a couple days.
