  • End of 10 year tenancy for house with dogs

    I needed an end of tenancy cleaning after being 10years in the house. A deep cleaning of the carpets was mandatory as indicated in the contract as I had been living with dogs in the house. Mihail and his team were available at very short notice and arrived sharp on time. The work they did was immaculate and they manage to remove the smell of dogs in the house for a very competitive price. So much so that I got the entirety of my deposit back from the landlord. Amazing job!! Thank you Mihail.

    Asked for domestic cleaning, explained clearly what is required. But they did not complete the job to the satisfactory level. When asked for reasons, then behaviour via text message was aggressive. Invoice payment delayed by 48 hours, received a threatening text with debt recovery form. Very aggressive and indecent way of dealing with customers.

    Mihail & his partner were great. Arrived on time. Got to work as soon as they could. Mihail wanted me to trust his work and leave him alone to complete the work. Called me half an hour before completing work. Property was in tip top condition, like properly cleaned and was smelling fresh everywhere. I would very well recommend MProClean for your end of tenancy cleaning. P.S - Mihail also took care of painting one wall for me at an extra £100. Total amount consists of painting charges as well. Hopefully i get my deposit back. Thank you Mihail and team.
