  Kyle done a fantastic job installing our new kitchen. He was very tidy and professional from start to finish. He gave us loads of good advice on other works that we are looking to have done at the beginning of next your. Would highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking for a joiner.

  Kyle came to me to give me a quote for a unit in my new build apartment. I didn’t really have a clue what I wanted and was mindful of the limited space. He was a amazing. Came up with lots of ideas and in the end he designed a media unit incorporating my wishes. I agreed the design and he got to work a couple of weeks later. He was great. So helpful. Cleared up every night. He’s a dab hand with a vacuum cleaner. A thoroughly nice guy. Professional. Nothing too much trouble. He put shelves up hung pictures and gave lots of advice about other things. Highly recommended.

• Installation of flooring to loft and an improved loft access ladder (agreed wider and broader steps)

  Avoid this trader. Main issues: 1.New loft ladder is unstable, very narrow, not as agreed at quote 2.Bedroom ceilings are broken from previously hidden nail heads being forced backwards through the artex 3.Trader response poor. Clear signs of avoidance behaviour. Inadequate and suspicious explanations for a no-show with each re-scheduled date. Trader is evasive and unreliable in his commitment to remedy issues since being paid in March. This is a disappointing experience as 1st time users of Checkatrade and has broken our trust in this trader. Strongly advise do not pay until job is completed.

• Lift and replace damaged area of wooden flooring. Mend wooden staircase.

  Kyle gave us very good advice on how we could save the floor and the staircase and not have to replace them. He is a perfect worker and I can only say how impressed we are and how grateful for the end results. He also fixed the floorboards in my hall which had been ruined by a previous worker and he did this at no extra cost! We will definitely use Kyle in future and have already recommended him to family.
