Overall I was happy with the job. Slate was replaced and beams reinforced as asked. The lads who came to do it were polite and got the job done with no issue. There were some additional items looked at and covered. It would have been nice to have been told potential issues before work had started and have Pat on site rather than his men being middlemen. Despite this the job was done efficiently. My payment got held via checks from the bank for longer than expected. Pat got in touch with us almost as soon as we posted the job. He was very friendly and professional, and his initial inspection identified the issue accurately. His team were punctual and friendly, and we're very efficient with the work. They took all their rubbish too which was great. While the work ended up being more expensive than the initial estimate, this was no fault on Pat's behalf and simply hidden issues that arose during the job. Pat from NationLine got in touch extremely quickly and arranged for a drone flight to look at the roof and had a look in the loft himself and got a list of issues put together for a quote. Work was carried out a day later with communication from Pat all throughout the day. Photos and videos sent of most of the work done. Pointing of chimney and ridge tiles, re-attaching loose slates, work on lead on back chimney and gutters cleaned front and back was all the work carried out.Verified reviewerJob location: SK1610 Roof Repairs
