      Would recommend Matt to anyone, he did our rear extension with a new kitchen and downstairs WC. He was friendly and respectful and polite as were all of this team. Everything was communicated well and kept as tidy as possible throughout. Work was completed on time and the standard of work is immaculate. We are so happy with our new space and wish we had done it sooner

      Northwest Building and Developments did a 2 storey extension on the side of our house. They helped in every aspect from the plans to completion. We did our due diligence prior and got two other companies to price and give us their advice, but there was only one company that we felt met the standards and trust to work with considering we had been saving for this for a very long time. Matthew was brilliant, honest and trustworthy throughout and it gave us the confidence that we had invested wisely. We are so happy with the results and it's increased the value of our house by 30%.
