  Initial appointment was prompt and on time, after a quick observation, a quote was given and then work was done the following day, which when asked to check other areas proof was shown of condition and quote was again given which was carried out at the same time. Again prompt timekeeping and work was done quickly with photos of the completed work. Friendly and efficient business. Very happy with the work that was done

  Original small job turned into a massive one, work was done quickly and efficiently. Had a mess around with the scaffolding company which pushed the start date back a few weeks but all in all it was brilliant service and a decent price considering what needed doing in the end

  Turned up on time, very polite, showed me photos of work at various stages plus completion, also removed an old ariel which was very appreciated. All old tiles and debris removed, thus left my driveway as they found it.

  The problems that we had noticed with our roof turned out on proper inspection to be a lot worse that we had thought. Dillan talked us knowledgeably through the various problems with clear photographic evidence of the need to undertake all the work. The whole job started as soon as scaffolding was in place and was undertaken throughly at pace by a team of roofers who worked hard every day until the job was done. The roofers were always polite and as unobtrusive as possible, clearing up the inevitable mess at the end of each day. We are very pleased with the work done and grateful to NRC.
