0 Faulty unit installed, and now utter silence

They installed the A/C units in my business. One unit not working upon installation due to a known fault and they had to order the part. This was in Sept. Last heard on me chasing in October, they said part should be there in a week. Now they ignore my emails. Danny was hard working, efficient and overall I was very pleased with the unit and the fitting which was more complicated than I realised. It was a very tidy job inside and outside. I have called the company and asked for help and second opinion on a previously bad installation job by another company. They were extremely helpful, came around to view the bad AC installation, and one week later repaired all the mistakes the previous AC company has carried out. We are very happy with our new AC installation. I can not recommend this great company enough! They were very informative and told me exactly what we needed for our garden room. They did a sight survey and explained everything to me and made sure I understood. Steve fitted my unit at the weekend, he was quick and tidy and showed me how to use it and messaged me today to make sure I was happy. Danny and Steve have done an excellent job installing two indoor units to a single outdoor unit. The install is neat and tidy and both were very patient when I changed the location of the outdoor unit on the day. The units they spec’d are appropriate for the space (not under or over powered). Danny is a professional who takes his job seriously, he is truthful and straightforward. There was no messing around or excuses after deposit was made, he came in and completed the work as planned.
