10Verified ReviewTosh did an excellent job on diagnosing and repairing a bathroom leak, building a new cabinet for a boiler, various painting and 'making good' works and putting up new garden fencing. He was reliable, hardworking, sourced all the necessary materials at a reasonable cost, and completed the works really well and for a good price. We are very pleased.

They removed and created new bedrooms, including decoration, completely refurbished x3 bathrooms including tiling. They listen to our comments and allowed for alterations as needed. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good job completed.

9.75Verified ReviewWe were really pleased with both Tosh and James who completed a considerable amount of work on our home. They turned up on time every day and left the house as tidy as possible. For some specialist work they brought in others who completed their tasks excellently. I cannot praise Tosh and James enough, they completed extra work without complaint. The best part had to be the price which was very competitive. We have further work to be carried out to the house in the future and will have no hesitation in using Optimum Building Solutions to complete it.
