What can I say?! These guys were great, almost too good to be true. Courteous, decent, incredibly service orientated, realistic, pragmatic, no nonsense, upfront and honest about what needed to be done. There were no surprises, kept me abreast / informed of where things were at but not unnecessarily so, didn't drag me through the process or give me any stress. If there was a problem I didn't know about it, if any ever existed they must have dealt with them rather than needlessly involving me. AND..the work was / is excellent! Use them again..? I contacted Organic Heating as we needed to replace our old boiler with a new combi. Right from the start, everyone involved was great. Within a couple of days we had someone round for a site survey, and the full quote through not long after. We decided to go ahead, and the guys turned up on time and got straight to work. I am extremely pleased with the whole service provided by Organic Heating, from the initial consultation, provision of quotation, through to the completion of the job. If you are reading this review, look no further :) This is the team to you need for your plumbing/heating jobs. Great service from Kevin and his team. From the very first contact to the day of the install, the professionalism and customer service has been exemplary. Kevin kept us up to date periodically and was able to track progress via a spreadsheet. Nothing was too much trouble, and there was always a solution for any mishap. The quality of workmanship is excellent. He stuck to the predicted price so no costing surprises. Job location: HA5Excellent Customer Service and VfM. On time, clean, tidy, quick, polite and made you feel very comfotable. Being a single mum, I always dread having to get trades people into my home to carry out work. However, I cannot fault Organic Heating one bit. From start to finish the service was impeccable. Dawn took my call and was extremely helpful and efficient in getting someone to me, that very morning. Spencer arrived on time and not only was he able to fix the fault with my heating, he was extremely polite, helpful and understanding.
