    Awful experience with this company, customer service are terrible they never tell you correct information and impossible to get hold off. When booking them they’ve created the appointment, unable to get through they’ve cancelled and now still a month without a washing machine. My advice do straight to brand or go local engineer

    Absolutely do not use. Incompetent and very poor service. Managed to completely mess up booking and not tell me. Had booked for a repair a Monday was told engineer would call on Sunday night to give 3 hour window. Took £100 on initial call to. No call came so rang them first thing on the Monday morning Was told they would check put on hold for 10 minutes then cut me off. Took another 20 minutes to get through to be told person I was dealing with had logged call and was dealing with it and would call back. Another 45 minutes down the line called to say they had messed up and not booked it.

    They don't bother to come out to you in the given time. Web site says they will come out at a time and date that suits you, total hogwash, they deny it. They then claim you have been told it is an all day appointment, this is total fabrication on their part and it doesn't say that on their web site. They let you down and when you ask for a refund they are only willing to give you a partial refund even though they are the ones at fault. What a rip off. They are happy for you to lose earnings waiting for them not to arrive. Why should you be expected to pay for a service they fail to provide.

    On the initial visit the "engineer" carried out no tests yet diagnosed the control boards, two of them, had failed and needed replacing. I assume he fed this back to HQ? We waited for some information on the cost for the repair and after two weeks we had to contact to find out what was happening, we paid upfront for the initial diagnosis, and then the costs of the parts. After waiting a further two weeks Pacifica contacted us to say they would be on site the following day, then on the day we were told they didn't have the parts. The repair took 5 weeks and cost more than a new hob, never again!!

    Absolutely awful. The man arrived, declared it was too difficult (removing a filter) and left in a huff. Pacifico refused to repay me the £90 spent on no repair and promised to elevate the issue which they never did I will never use them again

    I was assigned an engineer and a time, and no one turned up. I rang the engineer from the portal, and the engineer is out of the country for a month. Can't understand how this was booked and I can't get another engineer with this company for another 3-4 days. Rubbish experience and very slow customer services. I am now waiting on a phone call to understand when I will receive my pre-paid refund so I can book with someone else. Not good enough.
