However, from the overall experience, please get a written document for any job required and ensure that the job is finished before considering making a full payment. In this instance, we agreed the fence would be painted to give it a more finished look, but I could not counter the argument afterwards because I did not get a written document. I was a bit disappointed because I took his word for it. Overall, the driveway and patio that was done are of good standard.
