New gas boiler fitted
6Verified ReviewThe work was done on time and to budget but Paul is rather abrupt in his manner and the parts of the job such as the bricking-up of the old boiler flue was untidy and left a lot of mortar on the paving below. Following the installation I did not receive any of the information that should have been supplied to me except the Certificate from the Gas Safe Register. According to the Gas Safe site, the engineer should have supplied me with these three additional documents but did not do so: 1. Building Regulations Certificate 2. Benchmark Certificate 3. Warranty Registration

10Verified ReviewMy mum called Paul as she had a problem with her boiler, Paul came round when he said he would and checked it over. He diagnosed the problem and informed my mum the part needed to fix it was an expensive one plus it would take a few man hours to sort. He saw the paperwork she had and noticed it was still in warranty and advised us to call. Paul wouldn't accept any money for his time. We called and they sent an engineer the same day, all fixed under warranty. Thank you Paul for your time, advise and honesty. We will be definitely recommending you

10When my elderly mother’s gas boiler developed a fault which I couldn’t resolve, I searched the internet for Norwich based heating engineers & found Paul’s details. Despite me calling early morning, Paul answered almost immediately, asked pertinent questions & said he would visit later that day. I was very impressed that he was taking account of my mother’s age. He arrived as promised, investigated the issue, informed my mother that the boiler was still under warranty, so the best course of action was to call the manufacturer. Excellent service & advice. Will keep Paul’s details at hand.

Main work we undertake
Central Heating, Plumbing, to all of the following. Natural Gas, LPG and Oil. All plumbing and Water work Domestic & Commercial in ground & above, Commissioning & Testing, Boiler Installation Domestic & Commercial, All Gas meter works & 24hr call out for all the above.

We are always contactable via phone throughout the week, including evenings and weekends.
