I have never seen such an incompetent company as Pearson Air . The AC in my conservatory is only used occasionally. When it broke down in December I asked them to repair it because I felt that I could trust them. It took weeks for them to come back and repair the unit at a cost of more than 1k. However, when I used it for the first time in the hot weather the motor kept on coming on and cutting out and therefore the AC did not work effectively. Within a day this made the fan fail and the AC stopped working altogether. Despite this Pearson Air have made no effort to show any good will or to
Response from Pearson Air Ltd
Thank you for your feedback, Gerda. We must address some inaccuracies — the original repair was completed correctly. The subsequent fault (a failed compressor) is an entirely separate, unrelated issue. We also attended a follow-up call at no charge as a gesture of goodwill, identifying the compressor failure, which hasn't been acknowledged here. We stand by the quality of our work and would welcome the chance to discuss this further. Please contact us directly.
